SELLING YOUR HOME

PREPARING YOUR LISTING Once a listing price has been agreed, we will create a bespoke and individual marketing strategy for your property: • Arranging professional exterior and interior photography. We will advise you on how to best prepare your home for this. An RICS accredited floor-plan will also be drawn up. • We will write an editorial for your property that will appear on all listing details. This will aim to create a vivid impression of your property and describe it in lifestyle terms. To achieve this, we will ask you to outline any recent refurbishments, noteworthy specifications and neighbourhood highlights. • Discuss marketing strategies that are extrinsic to our website and portals, including social media and any relevant print media. • As is required by law, your property will need an Energy Performance Certificate to be formally marketed. We can arrange this for you if required.

ACHIEVING A SALE The sales process is a complex one, and one that requires constant management to reach a successful transaction. If you don’t have an EPC, we will arrange for a certified assessor to review your property for you before formal marketing.
